The short version

We ship to the United States only. Orders to addresses outside the US can't be placed at checkout.
Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
No import charges on delivery. Any import duties are covered by us. If US sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days of dispatch.
Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we deliver

Sulta Studios currently delivers to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to accept orders for delivery to other countries at this time. If you are outside the US, sign up to our emails and we'll let you know if that changes.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. During drops and peak periods processing can take up to 5 business days. We'll email you if anything changes.

Where your order ships from

Sulta Studios works in small runs with production and fulfilment partners in the United States and Asia. Depending on the piece, your order is dispatched either from within the US or from one of our partners abroad. Orders with several items can arrive as separate parcels, sometimes on different days.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates: carrier volumes, customs clearance, weather and public holidays can all move them. In every case we will deliver within 30 days of your order date unless we have agreed a longer period with you, and if we can't, you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders.

Taxes and duties

Any import duties on your order are paid by us, so you will never be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. Where US sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to start updating, and parcels sometimes show no movement for a few days while moving between facilities. That on its own doesn't mean a parcel is lost.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can usually correct an address before dispatch: email Hello@sultastudios.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes and rerouting are generally not possible.

Delays and non-delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimate above, contact us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, or delivery is unreasonably delayed, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Exchanges and Returns

Last updated: 29 September 2026

The short version

30 days to change your mind. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed and with tags on.
Wrong size? We'll exchange it. Check the size guide on each product page first, as our pieces are cut oversized.
Arrived damaged or not as described? Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with any return shipping on us.
Don't post anything back before emailing us. We'll tell you where it goes, and often we'll refund you without needing the item back at all.

Everything below is the full policy. It explains how cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled by Sulta Studios, operated by EL SULTA HOLDINGS LTD ("we", "us"). We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

1. Changing your mind

You can cancel your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Where an order is delivered in more than one shipment, the 30 days run from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, email Hello@sultastudios.com with your order number and the items you want to return. It is enough that you email us before the 30 days are up.

2. Your refund

Once your cancellation is accepted, we refund the price you paid for the items. Shipping is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. Where we tell you that you don't need to send the item back, we refund within 14 days of that confirmation.

Refunds go back to your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund.

3. Returning the goods

Do not send anything back before contacting us. Orders are dispatched from more than one fulfilment location and the correct return destination depends on where your parcel came from. We will confirm the return address and instructions in writing once you contact us.

Where a return is required, please send the goods back within 14 days of our confirmation.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the cost of sending the item back, and we will tell you the expected cost before you send anything. In many cases we will waive the physical return and refund you without the item being shipped back. Where we do, we will confirm this in writing and you may keep the item.

Items returned worn, washed, damaged or without their tags may receive a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value.

4. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

your order number;
clear photographs or video showing the issue;
photographs of the packaging and shipping label where available.

We will replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice. Where a return is needed at all in these cases, it is at our cost. The 30-day reporting period exists so that we can investigate promptly and does not reduce any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Sizing

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If the size you selected at checkout is the size we shipped, the item is not faulty. You can still return or exchange it under section 1 within 30 days.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partners shortly after payment is confirmed. If you contact us before your order has been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already been dispatched, sections 1 and 4 still apply.

7. Lost or significantly delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the window set out in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed lost, or delivery is unreasonably delayed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

8. Exceptions

Change-of-mind returns do not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once the seal has been broken. Where such an exception applies to an item, this is stated on its product page.

A refund or replacement under section 4 may be declined where the item was damaged after delivery through misuse, accident, improper care or normal wear, or where the requested evidence is not provided.
