Shipping policy

The short version

  • We ship to the United States only. Orders to addresses outside the US can't be placed at checkout.
  • Free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
  • No import charges on delivery. Any import duties are covered by us. If US sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Delivery: most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days of dispatch.
  • Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Where we deliver

Sulta Studios currently delivers to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to accept orders for delivery to other countries at this time. If you are outside the US, sign up to our emails and we'll let you know if that changes.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. During drops and peak periods processing can take up to 5 business days. We'll email you if anything changes.

Where your order ships from

Sulta Studios works in small runs with production and fulfilment partners in the United States and Asia. Depending on the piece, your order is dispatched either from within the US or from one of our partners abroad. Orders with several items can arrive as separate parcels, sometimes on different days.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 8 to 14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates: carrier volumes, customs clearance, weather and public holidays can all move them. In every case we will deliver within 30 days of your order date unless we have agreed a longer period with you, and if we can't, you can cancel for a full refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders.

Taxes and duties

Any import duties on your order are paid by us, so you will never be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. Where US sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to start updating, and parcels sometimes show no movement for a few days while moving between facilities. That on its own doesn't mean a parcel is lost.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can usually correct an address before dispatch: email Hello@sultastudios.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes and rerouting are generally not possible.

Delays and non-delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimate above, contact us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, or delivery is unreasonably delayed, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund under our Refund Policy.
