Everyone's Invited, Nobody's Assigned

Open communities can go two ways. Either there's no real structure and nothing coheres, or there's an unspoken script everyone's expected to follow to prove they belong. Blnka Kollective is trying to avoid both.
There's no invitation required — following the music, wearing a piece, showing up to what Blnka Records and Blnka Co. put out is enough to be part of it. But there's also no checklist for how to do that correctly. Nobody assigns you a role in the scene. You find your own way into it, or you don't, and either is fine.
That's a harder thing to build a brand identity around than a strict membership model, because it resists being packaged neatly. But it's closer to how real scenes actually work — loosely, informally, without an org chart.
